Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern access to and use of the website luminouseditions.com, published by Mercedes Parodi EI, a sole trader trading under the business name Luminous Editions® (hereinafter "Luminous Editions").
Article 2 – Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Luminous Editions reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the website at any time, without notice, in particular for maintenance or updating purposes.
Article 3 – User accounts
Users may create a personal account to facilitate their purchases and track their orders. Users are responsible for ensuring their email account remains secure and for any activity carried out via their account. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to studio@mercedesparodi.com. Luminous Editions reserves the right to delete any account in the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these TCU.

All content on this website — photographs, texts, logos, visuals, layout — is the exclusive property of Mercedes Parodi / Luminous Editions and is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction or use of the work without the prior written authorisation of Mercedes Parodi constitutes an infringement of copyright and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Requests for reproduction rights or commercial use licences should be addressed to studio@mercedesparodi.com.
