Can I see the artwork before purchasing?
Luminous Editions® prints are exclusively available online. Each artwork is presented individually and in an interior design setting to help you appreciate the size and quality of the work before purchasing. The print images are also ICC colour-calibrated to reflect as accurately as possible the colour of the print in production. The artworks can also be viewed in your own interior space using the ArtPlacer augmented reality QR Code on each artwork page. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
When will I get my order?
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Production and delivery take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the format and destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Where are the artworks manufactured?
Luminous Editions® prints face-mounted in matte acrylic are produced and shipped by our specialist partner laboratory WhiteWall in Germany.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery charges calculated and displayed at checkout are based on the format of the print and your location. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon receipt by the authorities in the destination country. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently Luminous Editions® ships to all countries in the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the USA. Please note that for orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
How are the prints packaged for shipping?
Our specialist partner laboratory WhiteWall uses extensive secure packaging to protect the prints during shipping and delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedure to follow should your order arrive damaged despite all the care taken to protect the artwork.
What is the return policy?

Are the prints signed and numbered?
Each Luminous Editions® print is part of a strictly limited edition digitally signed by the artist Mercedes Parodi. A Certificate of Authenticity recording the limited edition number and individually signed by the artist is mailed to you within 21 days of your purchase.
What sizes are available?
Luminous Editions® prints are available in a curated selection of formats. Please refer to the individual artwork pages for available sizes. We do not offer custom sizes within these limited editions.
How do I care for my artwork?
Choose carefully where to hang your print. Avoid exposing the artwork to direct sunlight or heat (e.g., directly above a heater) and to high levels of humidity (e.g. in bathrooms). Always use at least two screws or hooks to securely hang your print. Care for your artwork by gently wiping the acrylic surface with a soft dry microfiber cloth, without applying any pressure. Do not use cleaning agents or abrasive cloths.
