Production and shipping

Luminous Editions® photographic prints are produced to order by our specialist partner laboratory based in Germany, which also handles the packaging and shipping of the works directly to your delivery address. Please note that your order will therefore be dispatched from Germany.

Lead times

Production and delivery take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the format and destination. These lead times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier or customs formalities beyond our control.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the format ordered and the delivery address.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Luminous Editions cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

Deliveries outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon receipt by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and cannot be estimated or invoiced at checkout.

Order tracking

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is confirmed. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your artwork is dispatched, allowing you to track your delivery in real time. Lost parcels

In the event of a parcel reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us at studio@mercedesparodi.com. All loss in transit claims are handled in partnership with our production partner at no additional cost to you.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the procedure to follow. Please do not use the return request option in your customer account for damage in transit — contact us directly at studio@mercedesparodi.com within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs. All damage in transit claims are handled in partnership with our production partner and do not require you to arrange a return independently.
